Podcast Interview + Holiday Recipe Winners

Hello Dear One!
With a large amount of uncertainty as WHAT to focus on at this moment that might be relevant for many - I thought to focus on GOOD NEWS and FOOD!
I was recently interviewed on an Australian based podcast called HerStory that is focused on sharing women's stories that are making an impact on the world.
I felt so privileged to be interviewed by Gertrude Matshe and to now get to share that interview.
She asked about what got me interested in Fat Burning to start with, why I focus on women over 40, how I literally help women, "Have their cake and eat it too", and what three things would I tell my younger me if I had the chance?

And now for FOOD!
With Thanksgiving just around the corner I thought to share a few LOVED recipes from my ALL STAR line up.
LOW CARB/CALORIE PUMPKIN PIE
This one is a winner! If you want to make it even lower calorie you can check it out as a crustless version as well.
And feel free to make this ALONGSIDE the real deal version.
Whether you like it better OR it'll help you eat less of it's sister version that packs way more of a punch to your waistline - it's a great option.
DEVILED EGGS SPREAD
This is meant to be a substitute for mayo but I think it misses the mark a bit.
But where it totally hits is as a spreadable version of deviled eggs.
Plus it's SO much less work!
Offer this up as a super protein rich, low calorie spread or dip during your round of appetizers this holiday.
Easy and easily loved.
GREEK YOGURT BANANA BREAD
Ok! This is another winner though perhaps not equivalent to a pie or some super sexy sweet dessert that typically follows turkey this coming Thursday.
BUT if you have guests staying or simply a relaxed weekend with your family that might involve brunch and hanging out at home - please have this on hand vs having someone go out for donuts/etc.
This is an amazing rendition of Banana Bread that has less calories, carbs, and WAY more protein than a typical recipe,
I'd also encourage you to have it become your new go to when wishing to create such a bread.
It calls for flour of any variety and I'd encourage you to use OAT FLOUR.
To make oat flour simply blend the same volume measured in whole oats.
Quick, easy, inexpensive.
Oat flour knocks other flours out the park calorically and honestly isn't devastating carb wise either.
Here's a comparison of a cup of typical options.
White Flour - 455 cals, 96g carbs, 1g fat, 13g protein
Coconut Flour - 480 cals, 64g carbs, 16g fat, 16g protein
Almond Flour - 640 cals, 24g carbs, 56g fat, 24g protein
Oat Flour - 300 cals, 54g carbs, 6g fat, 10g protein
USE OAT FLOUR!
If your waistline is a focus please check out this flour as a far better option.
Plus it has more fiber!
