NOT Snacking While Intermittent Fasting

If you have been aiming to do Intermittent Fasting because WE have worked together in Fat Burning PRO, or you're living the Fat Burning lifestyle where it's simply how you roll - hopefully snacking is NOT an issue.
Snacking happens for most Sugar Burners ALL THE TIME because the reserve of fuel they have access to is so small that repeatedly going back to the trough for more to eat is NORMAL.
However, being in a Sugar Burning mode 24/7 is NOT NATURAL, burning your own FAT for fuel is - and when THAT is the name of the game we are naturally less hungry.
So, step #1 to be able to do Intermittent Fasting with ease - get into a Fat Burning mode.
How to?
Reduce your carbs to a degree, aim to eat less often, and stop doing intense exercise for a bit (1-2 weeks).

Ok, now that we're doing Intermittent Fasting and eating TWO MEALS (or less) a day - how do we stick with that especially if we get hungry??
Well, there are a variety of drinks that could help the effort:
- bulletproof coffee
- apple cider vinegar with water and stevia
But what if you're frequently hungry (most days)?
That probably means you're NOT EATING ENOUGH.
Making a point to have a substantial dinner is typically the solution for this.
One where you get undeniably full.
This will prevent you from being hungry before dinner, and then enable you to hang tight into the afternoon where your first meal should rightly be.
Plus this will enable you to NOT BUCKLE between your two meals as you'll both NOT be running on fumes from too little the day before and the span between the two meals with be more modest.

Eat a satisfying dinner, especially if your first meal is more demure (my suggestion), and that way your caloric load for the day will be comfortably low while still making sure you feel FULL keeping your brain and belly calm and comfortable into the next day.
