Hello Dear One!

 

Are you someone, like MANY, who never tries a new weight loss approach because you know you'll never be able to stick w it?

 

If so, gather round.

 

As someone who has historically used food to soothe, and can be all too familiar with the, "fuck it!", moment - I've stumbled upon a discovery recently that is changing my behavior EASILY.

 

I'm finding that if I make sure to:

 

- SHARE my inner most thoughts and feelings REGULARLY

- SPEND TIME with people who are present, fun, and feel good to be around

- PRIORITIZE PLEASURE, step away from unnecessary stress or be playful with the mumbo jumbo that happens at times

 

it becomes POSSIBLE/EASY to make supportive choices that feel like WIN WIN decisions.

 

What I'm finding is that if we feel CARED FOR by ourselves and others and aren't working from a deficit or needing to manage an mounting pile of unresolved emotions and/or stress...

 

It becomes LOGICAL to keep the commitments we've made to ourselves and the decisions we really wish to receive the outcome from.

 

AMAZING.

 

 

The reason why I know about Fat Burning is because of trying every diet under the sun and landing on something that was so forgiving and flexible that I couldn't NOT do it.

 

My relationship with food is light years from where it was - but if my nervous system is jacked up and I feel full of my own emotions and less connected to others it is EASY to USE FOOD to recalibrate, soothe, and find pleasure.

It's so reasonable to NOT TRY to create the change we desire when we've never been able to stick with the plan.
