Habit Stacking

Hello Dear One!
Have you heard of such a thing?
Well if you've wrestled to remember to do ____ ever - this would be a GREAT tactics to use.
When we ALREADY have certain things on repeat - it makes it easier to do OTHER things regularly when we simply tack the new task onto the established one.
Here I share the three things I stack in the morning to make them OBVIOUS and EASY to do.
Are there things you struggle with that seem like they should be simple enough to remember to do?
But somehow aren't.
Stack them together.
And LASTLY, know that even when you're using a method like this there will STILL be FAILURE involved.
We'll remember.
We'll forget.
It doesn't matter.
Keep going!
Perhaps do a couple additional things to REMIND you of the intention (post it notes, putting some visual cue out to trigger the thought, a fun association that connects the two activities...).
And then just keep going.
Additionally the more you're focused on the IMPACT of that daily behavior (for me with my supplements I think about preventing premature aging and NOT developing a degenerative disease = cancer, heart disease, stroke!) the more it makes SENSE to do it.
