Wished to share that our talk - USE IT TO LOSE IT on Wednesday 12/11 was GREAT.

 

 

It was well attended and those who did attend were engaged!

Plus there were several active Fat Burners that came on to deepen their understanding about the magical mode they're living as well as to SHARE PRAISE.

 

It was so heart filling to hear over and over how, "FREEING", and, "LIFE CHANGING", our program and the state of Fat Burning is.

 

Beyond thrilling to hear on repeat. 

 

And my WISH to hear on repeat.  

 

I want people to LOVE this mode and all it does so they never wish to get out of it.

Thought to showcase another incredible Fat Burner who fought HARD for what she's attained.

 

And I say fought hard as things were STUCK for awhile even though she was assumedly doing everything right.

 

But her tenacity was centered around her NOT GIVING UP and letting ME HELP HER. 

 

She HUNG IN THERE WITH ME.

 

We inspected what was going on, adjusted her choices, and waited to see what happened.

 

She trusted me and kept trying the new adjustments and...CHANGE.

 

Here are some of the questions I asked her of her experience.

 

I give her all the credit in the world and gratitude for not throwing the towel in before we got her back into the groove of burning fat.

 

 

 

 

1. What was life like before Fat Burning PRO:

I was constantly meal prepping (every 3 days 5-6 meals a day.) eating ever 3 hrs. Trying to calculate macros and meet them daily. It was stressful! Always hungry. Had certain foods I had to avoid or give up totally. And NOT having very much success over the past 3 yrs.

 

 

2. What made me reach out to Michaela:

I was Facebook friends and knew her from kettlebell classes and always loved her approach and training! I stalked her Fat Burning PRO blogs and videos and was actually scared of doing this program. Mostly because another trainer told me to do Intermittent Fasting and I tried and was miserable and felt like I was starving. Hangry and headachy! I didn’t think I could OR WANTED TO do it again!

 

 

3. How was the process of Fat Burning?:

I had telephone meetings with Michaela. I had information to read from the program to understand the process and exactly what was happening metabolically and hormonally. And we set a start date! We communicated daily for the entire program time! I was slowly learning how to read my body. And recognize the “food chatter” in my head was just bad habits.

We tweaked some thing a few weeks in: reexamined some foods, read labels more closely (changed my powdered stevia to liquid), and stopped alcohol on carb feast days for bit.

Then 2.5 months (down 8-10 lbs) into it I went on vacation…. I tried staying with the 2 meals a day BUT THE ALCOHOL!!  Upon returning I struggled for about 2 weeks with hunger and my body felt WAY off from a Fat Burning mode.

I reached out to Michaela in desperation after not wanting to quit, and I didn’t want to be a failure or her to think I was!

And WITHOUT HESITATION we had a phone conversation. And she WAS NOT disappointed in me, she refocused me and helped me through this slump. And assured me this happens, life happens!

And HERE I AM 20 lbs down! No night sweats, eating one meal a day, feeling energetic, and clear, and calm around food.

 

 

4. What is life like now?:

I have way more time.  I meal prep occasionally (just to have a meal or 2 ready in freezer).

My husband and I get to eat dinner together!

My market bill is not as expensive.

I am totally fine with people eating/eating carbs around me!

My hunger ebbs and flows. I have learned what is true hunger and what’s just chatter in my head.

I feel very empowered that I am able to go 20-23 hrs without eating!

I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE UP ANYTHING!

Because I have carb feasts at least once a week!  Where I eat whatever I want!

If there’s a dessert at work tomorrow…I pack it up and put in freezer for next carb feast!

I DON'T FEEL DEPRIVED!

I get to Have my (CARROT) CAKE AND EAT IT TOO!! 😃 

I weighed 197 at start and yesterday I was 177!

I just put my size 10 pants on AND THEY FIT! And size Medium shirt ( I haven’t worn them in 3 yrs!)

And size Medium scrub pants too!

Energy is great I don’t feel like napping on car ride home!

Health is great no night sweats!

 

 

5. Would I recommend this program?:

ABSOLUTELY! I explain the Fat Burning process to people especially when they POO POO it! And tell me it’s not healthy blah blah etc… (while they are eating a muffin or looking for food ever 2 hrs!)

 

 

I love this lady and how she STUCK WITH IT and got to the OTHER SIDE.

 

I hope this is hopeful for anyone who's ever struggled with a system that you've SEEN work for others, but isn't working as well for you, and to still NOT GIVE UP!

 

The body is logical and I'm so glad that we found the logic in what was holding Michelle back and got her back on track!
