No physical/audible disruptions - pets in your bed, spouses snoring (sorry), noise from TV/phone inside or activity /outside. Do what you need to do to have undisrupted rest.
2. EXERCISE:
Intensity helps release HGH. So think challenging weights, high/higher intensity intervals (for you) eith as a stand alone workout or within your typical low slow, steady state cardio.
3. EATING (MOSTLY) LOW CARB
The reason why this matters is because Insulin INHIBITS HGH. The more carbs (and the more frequently) we eat - the more our levels of Insulin get/stay high.
Eating less carbohydrates can help keep Insulin levels low/non existent so that you have more opportunity to take advantage of the HGH that could be released,
4. NOT EATING CLOSE TO BED
Because Insulin inhibits HGH we do NOT wish to put that into our system while the body is getting ready to do it's nightly laser light show with HGH.
We're going to give ourselves at least 2-3 hours, ideally 4-5, between the day's end of the affair with food, and when we lay our head down to sleep.
The closer we get to the 6 hour mark+ the more likely we'll be hungry again. So simply be mindful and aim to not cross that threshold.
