I've been wishing to share a big public announcement that my LONGtime Facebook account was hacked earlier this month.

 

It was quite a debacle with a scamming ordeal following (not connected to Facebook, but posing as Facebook), but we are working our way back.

I'd encourage you to unfriend that account asap.

These are both so delicious and Fat Burning friendly.

 

 

BIG MAC SALAD
 
I tweaked this additionally to make it even more Fat Burning supportive.
 
 
Ingredients:
 
Dressing:
* 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
* 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
* 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
* 1 teaspoon vinegar
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* ½ teaspoon paprika
 
Salad:
* 1/2 pound ground beef (93% or less?)
* Lettuce
* 1/4 c Shredded lite cheddar cheese
* Chopped onions
* Pickle chips
 
Instructions:
1. Mix all the Big Mac dressing in a small bowl and set aside.
 
2. Prepare the ground beef. Remove any grease that has accumulated.
 
3. Assemble the salad ingredients. Toss lettuce into a large mixing bowl. Add shredded cheddar, onions, pickles, and ground beef on the top. Dress it up and serve!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
FLOUR-LESS CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD
 
I modified this slightly (reduced cocoa powder by 1/2 and added PB2 with cocoa to compensate = less bitter).
 
I also added Monkfruit with allulose and vanilla extract for more sweetness and flavor.
 
I’ll make this again because it was so freaking tasty AND I’ll be sure to add in the baking soda to see how much fluffier it is with it.
 
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1/4 c PB2 cocoa
- 1/4 c monkfruit w allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda (I forgot to add this!)
 
Instructions:
 
Blend all in a blender.
 
Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan.
 
Bake @ 350 for 40 min.
 
Cool in fridge before slicing.
