Check out Dana's answers to the questions I ask all my Fat Burners that wish to divulge more about how Fat Burning and Fat Burning PRO has been for them.

 

 

1. What was life like before Fat Burning PRO:

 

I had been on a fitness journey (exercising regularly and working with a trainer) for about 2 years as I approached my 50th birthday.

 

I felt like I was doing all the things I was told I should be doing - prioritizing protein, lifting heavy weights, sleeping enough, sprinkling in some cardio and HIIT to my workouts - but the scale wasn’t budging.

 

Well, actually I HATE the scale but I knew my clothes weren’t fitting very well and I wasn’t happy with my body.

 

I knew I was heavier than ever and didn’t want to be smacked in the face with how much work I needed to do to get to where I wanted to be.

 

But I was really unhappy when I looked in the mirror or saw pictures of myself.

 

I trusted my trainer and she wrote me a diet that I felt badly that I just couldn’t stick to.

 

It was A LOT of food and A LOT of protein and was really challenging with my and my family’s busy lives.

 

I knew I needed to lose weight for my confidence and for my health and I was actually feeling a bit hopeless as I’d tried EVERYTHING in the past.

 

I was FRUSTRATED!

 

 

2. What made you reach out to Michaela:

 

I’ve known Michaela for years and had heard her speak many times about fat burning.

 

I talked about it with my trainer and her immediate response was, “Don’t do that. It will totally screw up your metabolism.”

 

In the meantime, I saw 2 ladies who had worked with Michaela and was stunned at how their appearance had transformed in just the few short months since I’d seen them last.

 

They looked amazing!

 

A few weeks later, I heard Michaela talk at a networking event and I was more intrigued than ever.

 

I spoke to another friend afterwards and said something like, “maybe I should talk to Michaela. Everything she says totally makes sense.”

 

She told me about a another friend of hers who worked with Michaela and how amazing she looked and felt … and that was it.

 

I was determined to give it a try, whether or not my trainer thought it was a good idea!

 

 

 

3. How was the process of Fat Burning?:

 

Honestly it was pretty easy! I was nervous that I’d have a hard time because I was always hungry (definitely a sugar burner!) and I was always thinking about and preparing food for my family.

 

Michaela walked me through every step and answered my MILLIONS of questions … and I made the transition to fat burning pretty seamlessly.

 

I was very surprised it wasn’t harder and/or more uncomfortable.

 

And those carb feasts are amazing!

 

Knowing that you have indulgent meals regularly makes it feel like you’re not really missing out on anything.

 

One thing that I was super nervous about was a family trip to Italy that was planned about a month into my fat burning journey.

 

I was so worried that I’d go away and completely derail my progress.

 

But it didn’t - even after indulging in way too many carbs and a lot of wine for the entire time I was away!

 

I didn’t gain a pound and just resumed fat burning when I got home.

   

4. What is life like now?:

 

I’m so happy I finally reached out to work with Michaela!

 

I’m well on my way to my target weight and feel like it’s definitely achievable and then some.

 

I’m definitely skinnier and my family and friends notice it.

 

My clothes fit better and I’m wearing a smaller size.

 

I feel more confident in the way I look.

 

One thing that I’m really happy with is that I can actually SEE some of my progress at the gym.

 

Before I was working hard and building muscle but you really couldn’t see the muscle … now you definitely can!

 

This way of eating just makes sense for me and I’m so excited to continue with it!

 

 

5. Would you recommend this program?:

 

100 percent I’d recommend this program and Michaela to anyone who has struggled with their weight and is looking for something that works long-term.

 

Michaela is so knowledgeable, so caring and so dedicated to her clients.

 

She knows what she’s doing and makes it easy with daily check-ins and phone calls when needed.

 

So many of the diets and other things I’ve tried in the past may have worked initially, but weren’t sustainable long term … which meant I was never really successful in keeping the weight off.

 

Fat burning is so doable!

 

I don’t feel like I’m missing out or can’t eat something that I want to eat.

 

This really has been a series of small tweaks that has yielded such big results for me.

 

My only regret is not trusting Michaela sooner!
