Hello Dear One!

 

Let's set ourselves up for some QUICK and EASY WINS right now, shall we?

 

I'm sure you're dealing with Holidays/Holiday Parties, more errands, and LESS TIME.

 

 

1. WINNING WORKOUTS

 

If working out has been put 100% on the back burner do things that are SHORTER (see two videos below) or that enable you to do OTHER things (make calls, catch up on emails, respond to texts while you do them (WALKING).

 

 

If you know how to use kettlebells - DO THIS!  And if you don't have them at home, but do have access to dumbbells - use THEM! 

 

 

 

An oldie but a goodie!  Modify as needed and do as many rounds as desired. 

 

 

2. QUICK COOKING

 

Too busy to cook?

 

Get food that doesn't require any/much prep.

 

 - Rotisserie Chicken

 - Bilinski sausages

 - Ground Turkey (burgers/cooked in a pan)

 - Canned Tuna (light mayo, olives, celery, red onion)

 - Canned Salmon

 - Chicken Crust Pizza (do this vs get pizza!)

 

 

Pair these things with salads, frozen vegetables (spinach/broccoli with garlic powder = divine), or fresh if available.

 

 

3. PARTY GIRL??  (or guy??)

 

Pick your Poison and your Battles regarding parties.

 

DELIBERATELY DRINK (if you do) at certain ones, and DELIBERATELY NOT DRINK at others.

 

This will help you to feel more of a sense of balance and won't create a backlog of toxins that your body is trying to process while putting Fat Metabolism on HOLD until done.

 

 

 

4. KNOW YOUR LIMITS

 

If you're over committed and know something's got to give, aim to be honest about that and either SAY NO or DO LESS.

 

If you're going to be at a party during when you normally have dinner, but expect yourself not to eat...DON'T! 

 

Be reasonable with yourself and own what you'll more than likely need.

 

Or go for a short while and BE DELIBERATE about having dinner asap with something supportive vs party food.

 

Drinking coffee, electrolytes, and apple cider vinegar/water/stevia will all help to reduce hunger and potentially tide you over until you can get to more intentional fare.

 

 

  

5. LET THE LINE OUT

 

This is a for REAL useful approach to speed up weight loss and improve insulin sensitivity (easier to lose, harder to gain).

 

I bang on to my Fat Burners about doing this ALL THE TIME - especially if they wish to move weight loss along even faster.

 

Allowing, "slightly", (depending on the individual) more time to pass between meals and yourself to get a bit hungry/empty will tap into fat easily.

 

This will enable you to either OFFSET what's been going on that's less ideal, or speed up the effort is weight loss is your focus.

 

Listen to your body and do what feels right.

 

The big thing to reassure yourself of is that you're MADE to do this! 

 

You will NOT starve/die if you wait an extra hour to eat.

 

And what OFTEN happens for people is that their hunger GOES AWAY for a spell as their body taps into fat!

 

It's a super cool adaptation all humans have.

 

If this doesn't feel comfortable or make sense, DON'T DO IT!

 

And if it does - give it a try!

 

 

6. FIND FAT BURNING
