How to Reduce Inflammation in 3 Steps

Do you have an awareness that inflammation is the issue with most diseases that impact (or end) life for most people in the general population??

 

Inflammation is something that comes on quietly and slowly and leads to steady DEGENERATION of the various tissues of the body.

 

Degeneration occurs along a spectrum, whether it’s low energy and frequent colds, having allergies each year, arthritis, elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, various types of cancer or stroke+++.

 

DEGENERATIVE DISEASES are not INFECTIOUS DISEASES which is what our population once used to mostly die of.

 

The biggest thing tp note with degeneration is that it can be PREVENTED and in many cases REVERSED.

 

Here are the three things to do.

 

REDUCING/PREVENTING INFLAMMATION:

 

1. EXERCISE

 

2. PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE SUPPLEMENTS

 

3. LOW GLYCEMIC/FAT BURNING DIET

 

Now what are the specifics within those categories??

 

1.EXERCISE:

 

– CARDIO
  – 2-3 times a week
– if you’re doing High Intensity Interval Training brief stints are just fine (20 min +)
– if you’re doing more steady state cardio that’s less intense please aim for a longer stretch  (60 min)
– Examples: walking, jogging, biking, dancing, jumping rope, swimming…

 

– STRENGTH TRAINING
 – 2 times a week
– if you’re using body weight/bands mostly make sure you do enough reps to create challenge
– if you’re using weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells) make sure to use a weight that is challenging while still staying safe

 

2. PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE SUPPLEMENTS

 – BARE MINIMUM
– multivitamin, fish oil/omega 3, vitamin D

– CUSTOMIZED WITH GREATER PROTECTION
– liver support, joint support, bone building support, enhanced antioxidant support

 

3. LOW GLYCEMIC/FAT BURNING DIET

 – LOW GLYCEMIC
– Less refined carbohydrates, more lean protein, more vegetables, some fruit, low fat

– little carbohydrates (or eaten strategically), protein, unlimited non- starchy vegetables, little fruit, moderate amount of fat 

 

So that’s it!

 

The truth is we have SO MUCH MORE TO DEAL WITH in our modern environment (chemicals, pollutants, GMO’s, pesticides, fertilizers, less of an ozone layer, stress...) and SO MUCH LESS NUTRITION IN OUR FOOD which is creating the predicament we’re currently in.

 

Dealing with inflammation is not overly complicated (in both my opinion AND experience), but tending to reversing it or PREVENTING it from coming to be in the first place requires CONSISTENCY.

 

Do these three things DAILY (little wiggle room with the exercise) and you will both LOOK SLIMMER and more youthful as well as FEEL better and LIVE LONGER!!
